A distinctly dodgy online sales experience, with a website that doesn't reflect what they have in stock. Purchased a chair and was told that due to an "inventory issue" they couldn't supply it. Asked if I'd like to choose another product from their site. I said no and they said they'd refund my money. Almost two weeks later I'm still waiting for it to be refunded to my card. Avoid.
